It is a cementitious polyurethane system with a coefficient of thermal expansion close to concrete, so it takes steam cleaning and thermal cycling, and it resists the organic acid chemistry that eats epoxy.
It also cures with moisture present, which matters in a plant where the slab is never truly dry. Detailing is what passes an audit. Integral cove base turned four to six inches up the wall and sealed at the top.
Correct falls to drains with the system carried into the drain rather than butted to it. Trench drain and pit linings. Expansion joints honored rather than coated over.
